I have been waiting over a week for a new router but it seems there is a delay at yodel. No internet for this amount of time!!!
seriously considering canceling my contract and going elsewhere pft

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your router. Can you add your TalkTalk landline telephone number or account number to your community profile and we'll take a look at this for you
