How can I physically speak to someone at talktalk about no internet?

@Botsnotpeople If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

I’ve been trying to talk to a person not a bot for 5 weeks about no broadband connection from talktalk server. They have charged me nearly £50 for the privilege and were trying to charge me again so I’ve cancelled my DD and changed company. I wouldn’t waste your time they don’t care about their customers no wonder they are going bust!
