hello,
I was out of my broadband contract and phoned to sign up to a new contract (same plan as i had previously) and since then i am unable to access my company L2TP VPN and getting connection issues - what can i do about this, as i am unable to work from home. I have already been in contact with my IT team, and they believe its on issue with my broadband.

yes i have checked. the only one active is the virus alerts.

Thank you for this. Just to double check, have you double checked on HomeSafe settings via your MyAccount to see if all settings are turned off as these maybe one of the reasons to why you are currently unable to access your ork VPN.
