Hi @Stephenkilminster I haven't noticed talktalk offering a VoIP package for fibre 35 so you would be looking for a VoIP service supplier on top of your tt package. Just googling VoIP will bring you lots of them (some American thrown in) obviously none are free.
You'll then likely need an adapter, loads to chose from. Good news is your existing landline phone or dect system should work.
Downside is you are unlikely to be able to keep your existing phone number.
I went down this rabbit hole and decided my mobile phone was my solution as I was already paying for it.
If you were able to upgrade to a faster true fibre tt offering things would be different.
