hello talktalk community, I had a sagemcom router fitted by engineer two days ago wifi keeps cutting out, and when working its buffering, TV is getting a stronger wifi signal from next doors house, any tips welcome, thankyou.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which is clear. Can I just confirm, is the wired connection stable? Once we've confirmed this then we can offer more advice.

Hi @Rocko how are things when you connect via ethernet cable?

Have you tried rebooting your router?
