Hi all, as there have been a few issues with this recently I thought I'd post a reminder.
TalkTalk don't backup your emails, contact list or calendar. You need to protect important information by backing it up to the cloud, a drive, somewhere, anywhere to ensure you've got it safe.
I can't stress enough how important it is to backup mail. If you're on Onetel, Pipex, Homecall, Homechoice and Toucansurf mail then you've got the migration to the new platform coming soon. You must protect your mail, contacts and calendar appointments by backing them up.
I'm not trying to be the voice of doom quite the opposite, I want you all to have your data safe and available when you need it.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
