I keep getting a warning that my TalkTalk email is unsecured and that my images can be viewed and changed/modified by hackers etc. I am not getting the secured 'padlock' image at the start of the URL. I've checked for updates with Homesafe but I'm still having the same issue. Has anyone got any advice please?

Good morning and welcome to the TalkTalk Community.
Browsers will flag up when there is insecure content even though the webpage is accessed via a secure https connection.
In the case of TalkTalk Mail the connection is fully secure - you'll see a locked padlock in the browser address bar. When using Chrome click in the address bar to see that it is https and a secure connection.
However, some images used in the advertisements or mail messages are located on http websites so that gets flagged up.
Nothing to worry about as regards TalkTalk Mail or Community. It's as well that you know that the browsers are helping you to identify potentially insecure content.
Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested, clicked in the address bar and voila - a padlock appeared! It's a bit worrying when it persists in telling you that you have insecure content. Glad to have it sorted. Thanks again.
