when joining Talk Talk i kept my email address XXXXXXX@btinternet.com however i am having difficulty accessing this

@fr8ys, yes BT does deactivate email addresses unless customers pay to keep them with full functionality.

@Concerned3, I have removed that email address from public display. 

 

If you ever need to post sensitive information, it should always be in the Private Notes section, towards the end of Personal Information. 

 

As fr8ys says, this is something you need to contact BT about.

Changing companies should make no difference.

 

Is it a total loss of the email?

 

Does BT deactivate emails after a period of time once you have moved?

 

Think you'd be best approaching BT to discuss this
