Add an Existing Mailbox to Mailbox Manager

Please add an existing Mailbox to my Mailbox Manager. I have added the email address to be added in my Profile notes. Thank you.

i can confirm that since you are now subscribed to Everymail, you will need to contact them directly and they will assist you with this, Thanks

Thank you for your reply. I have now subscribed to Everymail as advised, but there is the same problem and I am unable to add the existing mailbox (stated in my personal notes). When I complete all the existing mailbox details and select Add, I receive the following onscreen message (redacted image attached):

 

An unexpected error occurred.

caused by:
  • RequestError: 400 ERROR_USER_NAME_CANNOT_BE_USED (No message)

No problem, I can see that your account is disconnected and you will need to subscribe to Everymail then you can manage your mailbox through everymail. You can add up to 5 email addresses.

There is nothing in the link to show how to add an existing mailbox. Under the steps for Add Mailbox, it only offers the option to Create Mailbox, and no option to Add Existing Mailbox. This is borne out in practice in Mail Manager.

 

Please add the existing mailbox for me, listed in my private notes. Thank you.
