Hi,
I am a current TalkTalk Broadband customer. I have 2 legacy email addresses that I need to get transferred to my account Mailbox Manager so they are included in my package. They were orphaned in the past, perhaps when I renewed my contract.
I asked for this to be done 8 weeks ago but disappointingly it has not happened.
How do I now progress this, please?

Are you experiencing any feature restrictions? for example, unable to send/receive emails?

Thanks, I added the two email addresses to private notes as requested. Do you have everything you need from me to add them to my account Mailbox Manager? How long will it take, please?
