Just set something up with Hotmail / Yahoo / Gmail or whatever, @BJohnston1.
It's very important to have a 3rd party address in case you ever get locked out of any account and need to get a password reset sent to you.
The above are all free, so you literally have nothing to lose.
Talktalk billing prefers you to use a third party address. Just follow their set up advice.
