I have been using talktalk for years, having a 'tinyworld' account. I pay to keep my old email address as I don't use talktalk Internet.
Until recently everything worked fine using webmail and outlook, however a few days ago, email stopped being able to send.
I can still receive emails to both options but neither will allow me yo send.
This has affected mine and my husbands email accounts and the above error was given when trying to send via webmail.
It also appears that this issue has happened in the past and I don't know how to fix it?
I'm using a Samsung tablet and phone that are both Android applications. Thanks

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Yes, this seems to have resolved the problem and my emails are now sending 👍👍
