I am now having to pay a monthly or annual subscription so that I dont lose access to my email account. We have filled in the forms but haven't had any confirmation that the money is taken and I still have an account. Any ideas how I can check this? Nothing has been taken from my bank as yet.

But most people here are still confused.
I would very much appreciate, if you can tell the rest of us a bit more.
You say, 'We have filled in the forms'.
Were those physical forms and sent by ordinary mail, or a form on a web address site?
If it was a web address, what was that web address, and did you have to use one of your existing email addresses and password to login in? (Were you able to subscribe to the new email service, somewhere on a website?)

Have you tried logging in to Email Manager at, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/login
Log in there if you can, and see if there is any more information there.

Correct @Pumpkin5, I have investigated this matter and can confirm that once you have subscribed, communication will come from every mail and as and when we have received this, we will also share the communication to you.

No. As I said above... just email. I have filled in the form to agree to an annual payment and simply need confirmation that this service is activated. Thanks
