I have created numerous filter rules to help deal with the regular influxes of spam that hits my inbox. Those rules get added to very regularly - ie pretty much every time a new spam email gets through my filters and lands in the Inbox, I'll look to develop a new rule (or modify an existing one) to deal with it.
Today I have noticed that the 'Apply' button has gone from the rules list page - and also the 'Save and Apply Now' button has gone from the rule setting page. This is "less than helpful" - there's now no way to manually invoke a rule to test its function/effectiveness or to do an inbox clean-up.
@OCEs - please can you ask the Devs to reinstate the Apply buttons. Filter rules are one of the better features of the TT email system - but lack of the Apply buttons really makes it pretty useless in practice!

Already done that - the same problem is seen on the 3 different devices that I've tried.
The issue really seems to be with the actual webpage, rather than anything at the users' end.
Has anyone else been able to confirm if the Apply buttons are visible for them?

Hi there @Dangermouse. Please restart your computer or try a different device to see if the issue persists, also check if your user permissions allow you to apply Filter Rules. Thanks

@amahle-TT I am not using an 'email application'. As per screenshot attached - I am accessing TT webmail on a PC via web browser, at URL https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX
There used to be 'Apply' buttons just to the left of the 'Edit' and 'Enable'/'Disable' buttons. The Rules function is useless without the ability to manually apply a rule, as there is no other way to test that a newly created or edited rule actually works.

I'm really not sure how clearing the cache and cookies is going to make the buttons reappear... nonetheless I have cleared them and the issue, somewhat predictably, still persists.

@Dangermouse Please clear your browser's cache and cookies. And try access your webmail and let me know if the issue persists.

Could you please confirm if you are using TalkTalk webmail or a third-party email client? If you’re not using webmail, I recommend trying TalkTalk webmail to see if the problem persists.
If you are using TalkTalk webmail, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Let me know the outcome after trying this.
