I have tried logging into talktalk webmail and a notification comes up about having to move to everymail and pay a fee.
However, checking online this should not be applicable for existing talktalk customers. we have been with talktalk for approximately 15 years and currently are.
As was advised I have set up a profile and listed the talktalk email addresses in the private area of my profile for talktalk staff.
Please link the email accounts/ mailboxes as soon as possible so they are not lost or disabled.

I have filled in a webform for you to get your emails up and running and the red banner should be gone in the next 48 hours. Thanks

@macrease, thank you for this. I have just escalated this matter to our email team and will kindly ask for you to allow 48hours for this matter as I also noticed that you have updated your community profile and included the details/information you wish to be linked to your account.

We did also have an account in the past but I don't have the details for it anymore.
