why am I getting this message when I’m trying to send an email?
Message could not be sent to the following recipients: xxxxxxx Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail

It could be an IP issue, so maybe try turning off your ONT and or Router for 30 minutes to establish a new session and try again
Failing that as @Gliwmaeden2 says you will need to contact TalkTalk direct.

It may be that Talktalk has placed a restriction for some reason - lots going on with email sending / receiving at the moment, and the only way you can be sure is to contact Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 [9am -7pm weekdays; till 6pm Saturday] or use Live Chat, @Valian.
