Why is there not a simple link for current customers to transition to Everymail? Please link webmail to everymail.

Hi, I've just logged in to webmail and I'm getting the same Everymail subscribe or else warning message, I'm not sure if I'm expected to see anything different but will wait.

Unable to send emails too.

Hi, yes I'm getting the message, You are no longer able to send emails. You need to subscribe b 8 September etc.

That is okay at @notlostinspace , I was asking if you see any sign up option when you login your email account.  Please confirm if you experiencing any feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

Hi , notlostinspace is the user name for the members forum, I use a password to sign up for the talk talk email.

Hi there @notlostinspace. Please add your email addresses under private notes on your profile as advised by @Gliwmaeden2. Please confirm if you received communication from us stating that you should subscribe to Everymail?

Do you have legacy email addresses from a previous account, @notlostinspace?

 

If you have completed the Private Notes section of your profile with the relevant affected email address(es) and SAVED CHANGES, @notlostinspace, support staff should be able to complete the webform for you on Friday.

You should NOT be attempting to subscribe to Everymail if you are a current Broadband customer. 

 

Have you been having problems sending emails and getting demands from Everymail to subscribe?
