Message across top of screen, you are no longer able to send emails.  You need to subscribe by 16th June to regain full access to your account.  Why am I receiving this message.  I buy the full package from Talktalk.co.uk and have done for 20 odd years.  Tried twice to sort this out was assured on both occasions that I was sorted, but it is not.  PLEASE help. A/C 1014516440 package name FIBRE 35.
