Can I still use my old post office email address if I leave TalkTalk?

I wonder if someone can answer this question for me. My current contract with TalkTalk has come to an end and I am thinking of switching to another broadband provider. Nothing is definite yet but I'd like to know if I did whether I would still be able to use my old post office email via the Shell Login web page. If your could answer this for me I would be very grateful. I have tried to find an answer to this question via the community but no-one seems to have raised this before.

Thanks

Hi Ladybird-3, there's a lot I'm not able to find out about the Shell mailboxes and this is one of those. I've asked the question and will await an answer when I have one I'll update you.

Staff will respond during the week to confirm whether this would work with the Post Office addresses, but if you have a Talktalk mailbox as part of My Account, I don't see why it shouldn't differ from this:

Former Talktalk address users are offered Mail Plus.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
