Hi
I've had a talktalk email address for a long time, at least 10 years. So has my wife (now ex-wife). We are on good terms & she contacted me at the weekend to say she cannot log in to her email address & the password reset link is being sent to the email address she can't access. Can anyone help?
Her email address is not linked to my account AFAIK. I can still log in without any issues.

Thanks Ady - however what do I need to do now. When I log in to webmail I still only see my email address? How do I get a reset link for her email address?

If she hasn't had an seperate TalkTalk account then its likely the mailbox is from your account. If you want it adding to your account and under your control send me a personal message containing the instructions your account number and the affected email. As long as its not attached to an unrelated account I'll link it to your account for you.

I can't see any sign of her email address when I look on my account. She says when she tries to register on this forum it asks for an account number which she doesn't have! She only has a "talktalk" email address.
She's also fairly certain she never had her own account. So at some point I must have asked for a 2nd email address.
Going around in circles here, I feel dizzy! Thanks for your suggestions though!

She wouldn't have an email address independently of an account, @da_no_1, so it is worth checking whether it is listed under your mailboxes.

Do you mean a talktalk account? She's never had one, only me. She only ever had a talktalk email address.

If she has her own account that the email address is linked to then she'll have to register on the community and ask for help. I can't help a non account holder.
