OK,i have too many old emails on my account and deleting then one by one is very time consuming,some will be important to me is it possible to log into web mail save them all in a zip folder and delete everything in my inbox, if so how do you do it safely please.

What do you mean by ZIP folder. I don't think you need a ZIP folder.
You need a folder. There is already an unused folder called 'Archive' within your account.
(Obviously, if you don't go one-by-one, you won't know which to delete)
But connecting to TalkTalk Webmail, and opening up in the 'INBOX', and clicking the 3-dot menu button there is a command, 'Move all messages'. This should transfer all the messages from the INBOX, to another folder, e.g. ARCHIVE. I've had a look at it now. Unfortunately, it is not currently working. Sorry.
Perhaps TalkTalk can fix it.
