Despite having had confirmation in a couple of topics here, I believe forms have been completed to link my talk talk email addresses (x2) to my active talktalk broadband account, it appears neither address has now got the ability to send emails. This is vitally important as my husband needs this facility urgently for both medical and work correspondence.
Any suggestions on what we do now?
I would much prefer to talk to someone to get help rather than relying on the forum but is that possible.

They seem to be getting there slowly, @LouLou55. I suspect because the accounts are so specific, they are having to work through the issues address by address etc
Still, heading in the right direction.

Now Monday evening and still no further forward on one of our email addresses, mainly the one my husband uses under my active talk talk broadband account. It appears that mine works but not his which seems very odd. Both are detailed in my profile and have been given in various other discussions. Frustrating and very damaging to the TT reputation

Thanks @Gliwmaeden2 for the suggestions. Difficult for his work comms as it’s distribution lists being used and a lot of the recipients are likely to ignore as it’s not coming from an expected source, e.g security protocols etc

@LouLou55, Talktalk / Everymail seem to have a logjam in the processing of all the information, so many customers are similarly stuck with being unable to send, despite having had the form completed.
It's honestly worth using another, non Talktalk address for important communications at least for now.
Very difficult for work, I appreciate.
Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc are all free and easy to set up.
At least you can view senders' addresses in the Talktalk inbox but inform them by replying from something else.
