I have set up my direct debit but still being advised unable to send an email as I have not subscribed. I have received an email confirming my direct debit is set. What else do I need to do?

In the exact same boat. I have been told to keep using chatbot until I am redirected to a representative! (it does not work)

Forum staff are not back on here before Monday. There are all sorts of issues at the moment with anything to do with old email addresses / Everymail.
