I am a broadband customer but cannot send emails and have the red warning banner warning me I have to subscribe
Please link my email address to my broadband account. I have put this information in private notes on my profile

At the moment, the team have not as yet provided us with an exact timescale but will strongly ask for you to allow this 24-72working hours.

Thank you, is there any idea of timescale ? I use email to contact my 86 year old Mums carers , so not being able to send emails is a major problem for me
