setting up windows 11 on Monday my incoming emails worked but sending did not. Now my tiny world emails do not work. Have TalkTalk taken my Tiny world email address off the system ? I have paid them for many years for my landline phone and broadband. Please advice .

I understand and thank you for confirming. At the moment as the migration is currently on place, please note that we are aware of certain issues like sending emails which are affecting our clients. That would explain why when I just tried to send an email to my TalkTalk.net address it failed. This was just a test to see if it was still working. it failed. So I will be patient. Let me know when both mail boxes have been updated and are usable.

I believe they are to your TalkTalk.net address.

Via your browser, go to this web address, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/mailbox-manager
Enter one of your TalkTalk email addresses and its password, to log in, first
You should be able to see your email addresses.
You can bookmark this address within your browser, in case you need to use it again in the future.

Is there a reason, why customers don't have access to complete the web form themselves?
Obviously, it is a form on a web page.
What more do TalkTalk Community staff add to it, that customers themselves cannot provide?
Isn't it a matter of providing that web page link to customers?
