Basically, We’ve previously announced that we’re making some changes to our TalkTalk email product. Part of that change is that our active email users, who are not broadband customers, are being transitioned to sign up to EveryMail, an Open-Xchange (OX) email product. The inactive orphan email users will be deleted soon after this movement.
