Help, whenever I try and send an email I get the message "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request" How do I solve this?

I'm sorry to say I've got no news for you as yet. I've been chasing the incident manager and he's got nothing good or bad to tell me.

Hi, it definitely has NOT been resolved. I pay Talk Talk a lot of money each month and have done for many, many years but I can't even send an email. One day it works then it doesn't for 2 or 3 days, then it works again for a day and then stops. Please can you get this issue fixed asap as I need to be able to send and receive emails all the time. Victoria

I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for the service to be restored, VicBlack. The Webmail software seems to presently be in a mess. As of yesterday, when I try to run it on my Windows 10 PC, the browser window just displays a spinning circle in the centre. Though I can still access Webmail from my PC running Windows 7.
Which is fortunate, since when I logged in to this forum I had to enter a Security Code which was sent to my e-mail address. Otherwise I would have been prevented from logging in to the forum, to report that I could not access my e-mail. And I would have been even more annoyed.
Guessing that the children, who “write” the TT s/w, have been installing “upgrades” again. - When it is working, just leave it alone, please.
