I have removed your duplicate threads (well, triplicate....).

 

It doesn't help get support any faster starting several threads for the same issue, and is against forum rules.

@Rob411, for logging in to My Account, rather than changing the password, do try other browsers and also allow pop ups / disable ad blockers.

 

All these are known issues for accessing billing.

 

@Mandisa-TT, it's not part of the VOIP issue. The customer has not mentioned any problems with that facility.

Hi @Rob411  I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with your phone line and internet, we currently have phone line issue for Full Fibre customers. Our specialist team are working on this as priority to get it sorted as we having an incident.

At the current moment we do not have the timeframe as to when this will be resolved however our specialist team are working to fix the issue as quickly as they can and you will be notified once this is fixed. You will be notify as soon as the issue is resolved.

I have been having problems logging into my talktalk account I have tried to update my password but it keeps saying there is a problem go back to log in that does not work.
