Cancel contract

I have moved house and wanted to bring my contract with me. An engineer came out twice to set up the line but it hasn't worked. I spent a few hours on the live chat to try and sort things out. They have arranged for another engineer to come. I have not have service for over three weeks. I would like simply like to cancel my contract. How do I do this?

Discuss the fact that they don't appear to be getting it working, so phone 03451 720088.
You have to give Talktalk a month of trying to leave without early termination fees etc. Look into the contract aspect carefully, @8319Dtb.
