Cannot move Email Accounts from Webmail accout to New Fibre Account

I had a talktalk  fibre account at my previous address, but I moved to an area where talktalk wanst available. Not wanting to loose my. email addresses. I subscribed to talktalk webmail.
Two years later talktalk became   available in my area. so once again I signed up. I was told by the person who signed me up that I couldnt use my old TT account and would need to set up a new account. They also said they would move my email addresses from my old account to my new one.
That didnt happen, so I posted a message on this forum, and adie said that he had moved my email addresses to my new account. Thats was incorrect so I re messaged aadie, and he said there was a fault on 'My Account' and he would raise a ticket. That was the last I heard, apart from being charged a further £50 for a further years webmail subscription. This was June 2024. I chased this up and was told that I needed to re report this. This I have. done.
I await your message asking me to  DM  you supplying my old account number and new account number and the email addresses I want to move, and the subsequent deletion of 'My Account' just like last time.
Please could it be done right this time
