My Mother-In-Law has TalkTalk Broadband. I am trying to register her online (I'm trying to do this from her actual house) but it's proving impossible. The reason I can't (or so it seems) is because I can't progress for the reasons 1] There is no mobile associated with the account 2] There is no email address associated with the account. The live chat asks for a "telephone password" that she obviously does not have. So that's it. Mission Impossible.

How long has your mother in law been a customer? as usually accounts cant be created without an email or mobile.
The mobile/Email is required in order to send a security verification code,
If you add the account number to any field in your profile I can have a look.

Hi @Gliwmaeden2 - you advise that I should complete my 'own details' in 'Personal Information' and add my mother-in-law's in 'Private Notes' near the end of that section. Where is this place 'Personal Information' please ? 🤔 And thanks 👍
