Cannot purchase talktalk mail plus

I have moved to an area talktalk does not service and had to cancel my account, it cancels on 26.09.25

I need to keep my talktalk e mail address and was advised to purchase through talktalk plus

I got there to buy the £50 yearly package bit it will recognise my e mail password and/or my talk talk e mail address. I know my password is ok as I can log into web mail with it.

Have phoned talk talk, tried the web chat, spent hours on this and getting nowhere.

Please help as I really need to keep my talktalk e mail address

Hi there @JohnElliot. You should be able to continue using your email services without any issues, until we send you communication regarding subscribing or transitioning to Everymail.

As long as your emails are not restricted and you do not see a banner when you login webmail, you have nothing to worry about.

Talktalk is in a transition phase for customers without broadband but keeping their email address, @JohnElliot .

If your service doesn't cease before September 26th, I don't think you can sign up yet as you currently still have Broadband. 

Staff should confirm both when you should sign up and whether it's with Mailplus or Everymail:
