I recently changed broadband provider but want to keep my talktalk.net email address. I have been advised that I will need to subscribe and pay through Everymail. However, when I click subscribe on everymail website, it just logs me into my talktalk email account as normal, and there is nowhere to setup paying for subscription that I can see. Please advise - will my email be deleted? How do I prevent this?

No, as per communication from the project team your emails will not be deleted. You will receive communication when it is time to sign up.

@Philile-TT Ok, thank you. What if I do not receive communication on how to subscribe by 31st Oct? Information online says that my email will be permanently deleted by that date if not subscribed.

@betsmith I have been advised that you will still be able to utilize your emails up until you receive communication to subscribe and then you will be able to subscribe.

@Philile-TT Yes, I am still able to send and receive emails. There is no red banner at the top.

@Philile-TT No, I didn't receive an email about it as far as I can tell (when I search my inbox folders I cannot see anything about EveryMail). It was EE who told me about EveryMail and needing to subscribe.
