I have a similar issue as garyw01 and have been asked to start a new thread so here goes.
I am trying very hard to find out how I subscribe to Everymail and pay my £5 per month. I am extremely worried that I may lose all my historical e-mails if I don't pay. I've seen information in the press that you need to pay by September the 8th or your account will be deleted! This would be very damaging for me.
I cancelled my broadband contract with Talktalk in June but still wish to keep my Talktalk e-mail facility.
It looks to me like I have been "partially" migrated to Everymail as I can log on with my Talktalk e-mail address and password. There is however no facility to add direct debit details to pay the £5 per month.
I have been chatting with the TalkTalk Complaints Manager (Mandy) for a few weeks now but don't seem to be getting anywhere. Mandy has tried various things but nothing has worked.
Can anyone please help. I am getting desperate.
If this can't, for technical reasons, be resolved quickly can TalkTalk give me an assurance that my TalkTalk e-mails will not be deleted?

Hi @Daleboy1 I have received feedback regarding your case from the EveryMail escalation team. They have indicated that your account was disconnected at the time they classified the email addresses for migration to EveryMail or signing up. As a result, you will receive separate communication later on, allowing you to sign up for EveryMail. In the meantime, your email address should be functioning properly. Could you please confirm whether your email is working correctly or if you are experiencing any restrictions?

I have reviewed your account and can confirm that I escalated your issue to my manager for further assistance. The team responsible for migration has indicated that they are actively addressing your case. This situation has impacted several customers, as accounts were disconnected during the TalkTalk migration stage. Rest assured, they are working diligently to resolve the issue before the deadline which is the 31.10.2025.

I have accessed your account and noticed that it was disconnected in June. I have spoken to my manager, who has escalated the issue to the escalation team for further investigation. Additionally, I see that you have an open complaint, and I have updated it accordingly. There is also a follow-up on your complaint today.
