This has been like this for the last week, please advise.

There was a technical error

We’re very sorry and working hard to resolved this. Please try again later.

@Turlow

When you enter your email address on the login [sign in] page, https://everymail.com/login [https://everymail.com/sign-in], it takes you to

https://tt.everymail.com/appsuite/.

On that page, click on the 'Sign in to My Account' link under the panel for signing in to webmail. That takes you to

https://tt.everymail.com/myaccount/#/login

where you ought to find details of your payment history.

Also, in the Mailbox Manager of your account, you can change your password.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.

@Turlow as I understand it, once you are logged into your Everymail email account, there is a chat now function you can use to ask questions.

I am going to  Everymail Support (https://everymail.com/support). as suggested, opening the Billing and Payment advice, which suggest;

  1. Logging in at www.everymail.com/login
  2. Selecting "Payment History" from the left menu, which will display your invoice history
  3. Choosing the invoice you wish to download to view it.
  4. When I go to www.everymail.com/login and enter my details it takes me into my Everymail mail box. There are no apparent accounting details here!! If the payment details for this service is here, where are they??

Hi,

You shouldn't be trying to log into TalkTalk systems (Webmail), now you are an Everymail customer.

You should logging in via the Everymail website or portal.

I can log into Webmail ok, using my existing password and can still access my e mail via Outlook, however the TalkTalk info states:

What's next?

Once you've signed up for TalkTalk Mail Plus, your My Account will automatically be set up. You can log in to your My Account using the same username and password as your email address.

When I take this link and enter my details (using the same info as per my webmail log on which works ok) it states that the details are incorrect. I therefore cannot check my account, payment schedule etc) Who do I contact to highlight this problem if I am no longer a TalkTalk customer?

@Turlow

Is it the same if you use webmail here https://tt.everymail.com/appsuite, rather than https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite?

[As a current TalkTalk customer, both work for me, but I do not know whether that's the case for those who are no longer TalkTalk customers.]

If you know the current password, then you can change it using the Mailbox Manager, rather than reset it using webmail. The url for Everymail Mailbox Manager is https://tt.everymail.com/myaccount/#/login. Log in using your email address and email account password, then select 'Mailbox Manager' on the left.

If you have signed up for Everymail, you are no longer a TalkTalk customer and staff here are unable to help you as they do not have access to everymail systems. Everymail is a separate legal entity.

You will therefore, need to follow the advice for help and support on the Everymail website.
