Cannot send new emails

I previously was blocked, but then you unblocked me.   But now when i send a new email i get the message

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

I can continue to post in an ongoing email  thread 

As previously suggested, I have changed my talktalk password but this new problem has arisen +

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I think I used a new password, but my account now seems to be ok

I don't think I've been sent

But it seems to be erratic 

I also got the blue screen system crash but recovered

I'l do a new post if things go wrong again

Hi TonyM01, your mailbox must have been sending spam again. When I unblocked had you used a never before used password?

Further more, when I try to access my afterward mail, It shows that it's still trying to send the email that just failed
