I'm not getting order confirmations or receipts. This started a few days ago. I have been getting them for years. I'm on Mac (desktop iMac ,using Mac's own Mac Mail, and a MacBook pro, with both desktop Mac Mail and webmail). I know how to block a sender, but I've never had to teach my Mac to TRUST/ACCEPT an email address, so I don't know what that involves.

11.2.25 I have now found 3 emails from Tesco that had gone into my Junk, dating back to 7 Jan. It may seem an obvious thing to check, but I don't get much junk ... and would never guessed that a company who've been emailing me for years would end up in junk.
I've posted various times about this under different threads, but this should now be resolved for me and I'll monitor and try to do any retraining of my Mac to resolve it.
Thanks for any action taken by TalkTalk to resolve this and for others taking the time to mention it as an issue.

Tesco emails aren't arriving for me either.
