In the Eva output earlier, here are 2 snippets from it:
First:
To subscribe to Everymail, please follow these steps:
Second:
Thank you for your patience, Roger! Since you're interested in subscribing to Everymail, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Log in: Go to the Everymail login page: Everymail Sign In.
Both of those links, labelled 'Everymail Sign In', point to this same link, https://everymail.com/sign-in
But the intended purpose of the link in both the first and second snippet, is to go to the link to subscribe, NOT the link to sign-in.
The proper link to subscribe is: https://everymail.com/subscribe .
Therefore, EVA has been a naughty girl, giving out incorrect advice.
Also there aren't any other options, apart from 'Subscribe' or 'Sign-in'.
So one would use the Subscribe option first, and only the Subscribe option, and then in future, one would use the Sign-in option only, because one would have already subscribed.
Oh, isn't this AI wonderful!
Bill

@Philile-TT, Private Messages often hit a jam if they are overused, and sometimes just randomly, so there's no guarantee that that means of communication will always work.
For that reason, support by PM should be reserved for only essential points that must remain private.
It's not the custom of this community to turn PMs into threads.
Most customers will be expecting the majority of the issue to be covered in the public thread for others to follow and possibly learn something that helps towards their own solution.
So @LemonsLlanelli only has this one thread (and PMs not currently functioning).
on 04-08-2025 05:42 PM
it was via private message - but it wouldnt let me reply said i messaged too much . why i used my 1 thread
on 04-08-2025 05:18 PM
@LemonsLlanelli Please stick to one thread as 2 or many threads cause confusion. @angelique-TT asked on other thread if you had received an email with a link to subscribe to EveryMail please answer there.
on 04-08-2025 04:25 PM
@angelique-TT sorry cant respond to you on mail- says ive sent to many messages?
s. Would you like to proceed with that?
yes please subscribe me
To proceed with your subscription to Everymail, I recommend visiting the official Everymail website and looking for the subscription options available. Since you are an administrator, you should have the ability to subscribe.
Unfortunately, I can't complete the subscription process for you directly, but I can guide you through the steps if you need assistance.
If you have any specific questions about the subscription plans or need help with anything else related to Everymail, please let me know!
there arent any options for me
It seems that you are currently unable to find any subscription options for Everymail. Since you are an administrator of your account, you should have the ability to subscribe.
Unfortunately, if there are no visible options for you, it may be due to your current status as a TalkTalk customer without an active Everymail subscription.
To proceed, I recommend contacting TalkTalk support directly for assistance with the subscription process. They should be able to provide you with the necessary steps to subscribe to Everymail.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance regarding your account or services, feel free to ask!
talktalk say to come to you
I understand that TalkTalk has directed you to us for assistance. Since you are currently not subscribed to Everymail, you won't have access to live chat support. However, as an administrator of your account, you do have the option to subscribe to Everymail.
Unfortunately, if there are no visible subscription options for you, it may be necessary to contact TalkTalk support again to clarify your eligibility for Everymail and to ensure that your account is set up correctly for subscription.
If you would like, I can provide you with information on how to subscribe or guide you through the process based on the knowledge base. Please let me know how you would like to proceed!

the options arent there
If you're not seeing the subscription options after logging in, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take:

Contact Support: Since you are currently a TalkTalk customer, you can reach out to TalkTalk support for assistance with accessing the subscription options.
If you continue to experience issues, please let me know, and I can provide further assistance or information!
continue experiencing issues

Contact TalkTalk Support: Since you are a TalkTalk customer, you can reach out to their support team for assistance with accessing the Everymail subscription options.
Try Accessing from a Different Network: Sometimes, network restrictions can affect access. If possible, try logging in from a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data.
Check for Service Outages: Occasionally, there may be service outages or maintenance that could affect access. You can check the Everymail website or TalkTalk's service status page for any announcements.
If you decide to subscribe to Everymail, please let me know, and I can guide you through the process!

Use this link for support, @LemonsLlanelli
Staff will not be back on here before Monday.
If you were not previously signed up for Mail Plus, I understand that you now have to sign up directly through Everymail.
People already on Mail Plus will be switched over automatically, but you can't set up a new subscription to it any more.
Hoping I've got that right - maybe a quick check from @fr8ys.
