Clicked on link for Everymail support and have come to this forum.
However, can't see label to choose for Everymail; guessing @talktalk.net for now?
Reason for seeking support from Everymail is, to me, £50 is steep price to find in one shot, (particularly during children's school holidays).
Happy enough to subscribe, year on year but prefer not to direct debit £5 p/m as that adds additional £10 to annual price.
Could talktalk please consider £25 6 month payments; happy to do £25 now £25 in around 4 months, standing order/direct debit if preferred?

thank you just read @Gliwmaeden2 response, informing me it's to replace my @talktalk.webmail account, no in addition to - so £50 for Everymail instead of @talktalk.net
Thanks : )

Ah, understood; so seems
So simply switching over from talktalk webmail to everymail - but same price as talktalk webmail as billed independently & no need for both : )
Thank you

No, now use different broadband provider since my home is not fibre enabled
My provider is only one that could match fibre speeds, or give me service without lag that would appear essential to gaming teenager in my family
Perfectly happy with Talktalk prior but have to say, now do find accessing internet so much smoother than with non-fibre speeds.

@nicky62, it's been £50 for a yearly subscription / £5.00 monthly for several years for people with Talktalk's mail plus [after leaving Talktalk broadband].
As an ex customer, webmail access can continue for a while, but to keep full access and be able to change the password etc a proper account has to be maintained.
Everymail is a separate company, so there's probably very little that Talktalk will remain responsible for.
None of this applies to you if you are a current Talktalk broadband customer.
If any of your email addresses belong to older former accounts, you do need to make sure they are now linked to your current broadband account.

@nicky62, just to double check, do you currently have an active TalkTalk broadband account?
