Not getting emails from one particular person

Hi, I was happily receiving emails from my solicitor for past few months but since Friday none of them are coming in to my account. She is receiving mine and my husband is receiving hers and can see that I am copied in but they are not getting through to my Tinyworld address. I have checked she is not blocked and I have added her to safe senders but nothing is working.

Hi, it seems to be working now, I have got one from her this morning after I cleared Cookies and cache - very strange!

I understand, have you checked Spam or Junk folder? sometimes emails can mistakenly end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there for any missing email if you have not done so already, also please check if there are any filters set up in your Tinyworld account that might be redirecting or deleting emails from your solicitor. Please also advise if you have cleared cache and cookies on your browser and have tried a different device or browser. Kindly provide us with feedback if you have tried these.

Yes I can send emails to them and they receive them

As far as I know, they are the only person that I am not receiving emails from, I am getting others from other people
