Creating new mailbox

I'm trying to create a new mailbox with a new email address (allowed up to 5, inMyAccount)
When I click "Add Mailbox" The message comes up:

"Unable to add mailbox

We’re currently experiencing a technical error. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
You can either continue editing and try adding the mailbox again, or discard changes and try again later."

If I continue editing, but make no further changes, the mailbox is created. And I can edit it eg change password.

But I cannot login to WebMail with this new address and password – Webmail says the password is unrecognised.

Tried deleting this new mailbox, re-creating, and waiting several days, but still Webmail does recognise this new mailbox.

I have tried to do this each week for 3 or 4 weeks now with no success - until last week when it all suddenly worked, and I was able to create anew mailbox, with no errors reported, and able to login to Webmail straight away. So all magically appears fixed now.  I guess I could try creating another new mailbox just to check it wasn't a fluke!

Hi ChorleyIain, I'm afraid if you're seeing that error message then you're not going to be able to add a new mailbox and we can't do it for you either. This is a long standing issue and we've got no estimated fix date for it.
