Hi all

 

I've had a letter saying my monthly email isn't being accepted,last one was February, if it happens again I'll be charged. I'm using Gmail app, I've added yourbill@talktalk.co.uk to my contacts, does anyone know if this will fix the issue?

So adding yourbill@talktalk.co.uk to my Gmail contacts has solved the issue

Are you normally getting them sent to a Talktalk run email address, @ChunkyChunk1? Had you added that to the Gmail app?

 

It's usually the case that Talktalk doesn't like people using it's own email addresses for billing, since the October 2015 fiasco of the hacking incident. 

 

It's better to use one of the others, like hotmail, yahoo etc, even if you only use that address for these bills.
