I've migrated away from TalkTalk fibre at the end of contract, but received a text message today requesting a further payment by My Account or Payment IVR telephone number.
Billing thinks I'm still a fibre customer and wants continue my monthly fee of £26.
Relates to account *removed for security*

The outstanding balance has been removed.
A final zero balance bill will be issued.
