Difficulty sending & receiving emails

I changed my supplier from Talk Talk to Sky but understood that my email service with tiscali would not be affected, and I have been using my emails until today when it has all switched off.  Have I been misled?  If I can't get emails how can you respond to me?

@hazel251, was it a few months ago that you switched?

 

Webmail keeps going in the short term, so you don't just fall off a cliff with your communications etc, but longer term you'd need to sign up for Mail Plus - it's a service that you'd have to pay for.
