If it IS from Talktalk, call 03451 720088 or use Chat - there's a chance that someone has put your house number in by mistake / out of mischief. You need to be sure that Talktalk knows you have no intention of leaving.
Talktalk does send out a message whether the application to leave the service has come from you or from someone else ordering it in error for your address / phone line.
