I have stopped receiving /sending talktalk email since end of January 2026
I have a talktalk fibre 150 account.

I cannot log into my email account on the website. I just get the message "incorrect password" and no reset link ever comes through to phone or on desktop. So cannot tell you about the red banner.

Good, staff should be able to view that in Private Notes, @GSteel - community stars have no access, it's only you and employees of Talktalk.
They respond between c 7am and 5pm on weekdays.
