I have stopped receiving /sending talktalk email since end of January 2026

I have a talktalk fibre 150 account.

@GSteel, you cannot reply to Talktalk notifications as their email is a No Reply address. 

 

You need to follow up only in this thread or by PM if staff require it.

 

If you came to Talktalk from Shell did you ever have a Talktalk specific email address?

 

What was the domain name [so after @ in the address]?

Hi Nambuso,
I have not received any correspondence from Talktalk about that.
I was originally Shell energy and talktalk took them over and I have never been able to access the talktalk mail account on the website but received email through Outlook.
The email appears to have stopped at the end of January this year.

When I replied to your email, My server says it cannot be delivered but will try for another19 hours.
Thank you for your help.

Please ensure that your email address(es) are listed in Private Notes (further down the Personal Information area of your profile, @GSteel).

 

Remember to SAVE CHANGES.
