How can I get my emails reinstated when I am a talktalk broadband customer and my emails have been disabled as I have not paid

Hi there @Kiki1945. Looking on the notes on your account, I can see that you did contact us yesterday and stated that you are unable to send and receive emails and you were told that that as you have an active broadband account with TalkTalk, you get free email services from us. The advisor informed you that he will submit a webform for you to reinstate your emails and this should be resolved in the next 48 working hours. You were also informed that there are 3 email addresses linked to your active broadband account.
