Hello I have received a notification that I need to subscribe to continue using my email. I am an existing talktalk customer. I have hopefully filled the required fields in my profile of my account, please can you link my emails to my existing broadband account.

            Thank you.

@MrBluesky You indicated that you haven't received any communication regarding the sign-up, yet you're seeing a banner message when logging in, and your emails are functioning properly.

I found your active account and have submitted a webform to exclude you from the EveryMail migration. You provided three email addresses in the private notes, and I've copied them exactly as they appear. Please verify that these email addresses are correct. Keep in mind that this request will be processed within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends.

Thank you for this. Just to double check, is your current account a broadband or an email account only?

Hello , as far as I'm aware I am not using the old account. I am using my current account which has the account number which I have updated in my profile notes. It is the account I am currently being billed for by TalkTalk which I can see written on my latest payment letter which I have recieved from Talktalk.

@MrBluesky The confusion here is caused by the fact that the emails are associated with the disconnected account not the active account. I just need to escalate further please allow 48 working hours for an update.

OK, thanks for confirming that. Have you ever left TalkTalk previously and then come back again? I have re-escalated this to the support team for you.

There seems to be some confusion here about whether or not you are a current TalkTalk broadband customer? If not, then you will need to subscribe to EveryMail going forward.
