How do I find out exactly what is wrong and how to put it right?  The BOT is useless and I am losing the will to live.

Hi TomHol, are you able to login to your mailbox using webmail? The mailboxes in your profile are both showing full function.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) along with the affected email address in the Private notes section so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
